Carsten Höller is quite interesting artist. He is born to German parents and rose to prominence in the 90’s. His works include some very strange, but often playful installations. One of his more famous installations consisted of large metal slides, one of the most famous slides was made for the office of Miuccia Prada in Milan in 1998. Other works include a sensory deprivation pool which would allow the viewer to engage with the artwork by placing themselves inside the tank and experience an out of body feeling. Höller has worked with many different forms materials, if can call it that, ranging from mirrors and films to reindeer’s and narcotics.
